DILICN QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM

DILICN quality system AQL is straitly based on MILTARY STANDARD 105D( EQUIVALENT OF BS 6001,ABS-105 NFX 06-022,DIN 40.080,UNI 48-42).


Normally there are two quality control levels to choose,the one is  special inspection level,and another one is general inspection level.The special inspection levels include Level S-1,Level S-2,Level S-3,Level S-4,and the general levels include LevelⅠ,Level Ⅱ,Level Ⅲ.We can supply different quality control level based the standard MILTARY STANDARD 105D as per customers’ different requirements.

That is, in every step of your order production,we can supply the order videos, inlcluding raw material to purchase videos, parts processing videos ,glasses assembly videos,quality inspection videos,packing to ship videos, etc to you so that you know what’s your order dynamic in time!

Trading Process

1. Receive Inquiry. (check all detail)

2. Reply. (Reply within 12 hours. )

3. Communication. (About the specified items, including the size, frame color,quantity,way of deliery and other matters. and discuss about the requirements price,deliery time,payment term etc.)

4. Confirm order. (After receive the deposit,we’ll arrange production.)

5. Production. (Prepare the raw material such as the metal,accessory etc. Arrange the production schedule with other orders.  Begin bulk production according to the signed contract.  Process inspection by QC.  Exquisite packing for the finished goods.)

6. Delievery. (Book the space of the shipping. Balance payment before loading. Loading to container or delivery to the logistics company. Ship to the buyer's country or region. Shipper send the original documents or telex-release goods.)

7. Aftersale service. (When you receive the goods,regard the package is good or not, and be sure all of the quantity is correct.If you find any damage of the products or breakage of the package, pls take the photos and immediately contact customer service with us.)

8. Keep in touch. (Keep in good communication with all the clients, reply any problems in time.)
